The Milesight® WT201 is an advanced LoRaWAN®‑based smart thermostat engineered to simplify HVAC control for residential and commercial spaces, while maximizing energy efficiency through integration with optional external occupancy sensors.
In addition to manual and local scheduling control, WT201 offers remote management and seamless integration into modern Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS) via Milesight® IoT cloud platforms and by leveraging low‑power, long‑range LoRaWAN® wireless technology.
Designed to support most 24v AC HVAC systems—including multiple heating/cooling stages and emergency heat—it features four control modes (Heat, Cool, Auto, Emergency Heat) and three fan modes (Auto, On, Circulate) for ultimate flexibility and comfort.
What sets WT201 apart is its proprietary Milesight® D2D and multicast control technology, enabling reliable, low-latency peer‑to‑peer communications between compatible Milesight® devices without requiring a gateway. This allows intelligent, scene-based local controls for more efficient HVAC management.
Add to that 64 local scheduling rules, freeze/temperature alerts, child‑lock, and anti‑theft protections, plus NFC /USB‑C configuration for simple setup.
Compatible with hotel card systems and integrated with BACnet, MQTT, HTTP, and Milesight® IoT Cloud platforms, the WT201 supports robust remote control and energy optimization across green building solutions.
